Refund Policy

At Aakamm, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following return and replacement guidelines before submitting a request.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must include the original tags and packaging.

2. Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken (unboxing video is mandatory).
  • You receive the wrong product, size, or variant.
  • Missing components or accessories in the package.
  • The item delivered is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • manufacturing defect is identified immediately upon delivery.

Note: Damage-related replacement requests will not be approved without an unboxing video.

3. Returns for Personal Preference

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you may still request a return.
No return handling fee will be charged! Aakamm will take care of it.

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Wallpapers and mirrors
